Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, custom-made or personalized stamps cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
